Katerina advises foreign companies, investors, and international counsel on the DRC and OHADA law aspects of market entry, establishment, corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, with a background in banking, telecommunications, regulatory, and employment matters. Her previous experience as head of legal and corporate affairs of a major group in the DRC — overseeing corporate and commercial matters, contract drafting and negotiation, dispute management, legal risk, and coordination with external counsel — informs her advisory practice.
She works in English and French, is fluent in Greek, German, and Portuguese, and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Dutch.
